Refund & Returns Policy – The Home Reset

Our Return Policy We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging to be eligible for a return.

How to Start a Return To initiate a return, please email us at hello@thehomereset.shop with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges If you'd like to exchange an item, please reach out to us at hello@thehomereset.shop and we'll do our best to make it right.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll resolve it promptly at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
